💼 Position: Entry-Level Field Technician (Apprentice)

Location: Midland–Odessa, TX

Type: Full-Time | Hourly Pay | Growth-Based Role

🚀 Job Overview:

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Field Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn a trade, grow a career in the coatings industry, and be part of a crew that works hard and takes pride in doing things the right way. You’ll assist with surface preparation, product application, jobsite setup, and cleanup — all while learning the ins and outs of decorative concrete coatings directly from experienced installers.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in setting up jobsites: loading materials, taping, masking, and surface cleaning

• Learn the basics of floor grinding, crack repair, mixing, and coating under supervision

• Follow clear safety guidelines and wear proper PPE at all times

• Support the install crew in staying on schedule and maintaining high standards

• Clean and pack up tools, vacuums, and materials after each job

• Ask questions, take notes, and apply what you learn on every project

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Eager to learn and willing to work hard

• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working on your feet all day

• Some experience with hand tools or construction is a plus — but not required

• Reliable, punctual, and respectful

• Takes direction well and works well as part of a team

• High school diploma or GED required

• Valid driver’s license and transportation to and from jobsites
