Warrior Epoxy is looking for a motivated, outgoing Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative ready to launch a career in one of the fastest-growing trades in construction. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, values honesty, and wants to grow professionally while helping homeowners and businesses improve their spaces. No prior experience in coatings or sales is required — we provide full training and mentorship.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with residential and commercial leads in the field

• Educate prospects on our signature systems and walk them through available options

• Perform on-site estimates using our step-by-step quoting system

• Build relationships and guide customers from interest to installation

• Track leads and follow up with professionalism and integrity

• Hit performance goals to unlock bonuses and advancement opportunities

• Collaborate with the team during weekly check-ins and training sessions

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and a positive, respectful attitude

• Confidence talking to new people and initiating conversations

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented — you like to win and work hard

• Willingness to learn product knowledge and simple quoting methods

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• High school diploma required; some college or sales experience is a plus

• Spanish-speaking is a bonus, but not required
